I am Ella Jane Moriarty, a Los Angeles-based graphic designer passionate about blending creativity, psychology, and visual storytelling. My creative designs are produced to be not only visually compelling but also intentional and emotionally engaging.
With experience across branding, digital media, presentations, and marketing design, I have honed my skills through a wide range of creative projects, including designing app proposal mockups and social media graphics, creating merchandise graphics for artist tours, and developing visual layouts for dealership presentations. In my creator roles at Martin Brinkerhoff Associates and 237 Global, I developed design systems, presentation materials, and digital assets that help brands communicate ideas clearly and creatively.
I also take on freelance design through EJM Designs, where I create brand identities, logos, and visual concepts for emerging brands. My design toolkit includes programs like Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Wix, and Cargo, and I’m always exploring new ways to bring ideas to life visually.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Graphic Design from Chapman University. My thesis focused on the psychology of color in branding and advertising, research that continues to shape how I approach design and storytelling today.
Whether I’m building a brand identity, designing digital content, or developing visual concepts, my goal is to create work that feels thoughtful, engaging, significant, and unforgettable.
Let’s create something unique together.
